Websphere 5.0 - iSeries vs. Windows

We are in the beginning stages of planning an upgrade from OneWorld Xe SP21 (iSeries/Citrix) to EnterpriseOne 8.9 (iSeries/Citrix/Web).

What has been the experience of JDEList participants when it comes to making the decision of whether to run Websphere & HTTP server on the iSeries or a Windows machine?
