Peoplesoft site access

Hi all,
Has anyone else had difficulty accessing the Peoplesoft site? We’ve recently been sent our new user id’s and password but this does not seem to work.
Peoplesoft argue that we have to modify our firewall but we have no problem with any other supplier websites.
Any ideas anyone?

We also have difficulties as well when we try to log into the Peoplesoft =
Customer Connection site. Attached are screen shots, the first one is =
where it tries to take us after logging in and does not work at all. =
The second screen shot shows what happens if we remove the =
/?tab=3DDEFAULT from the address and we can then use the site.

I am running IE 6 SP1.

Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

I have this issue and in my case it is a firewall issue. I'm using Firewall NG FR3 and it is a known issue with the HTTP header length exceeding 1000bytes. Checkpoint have a hot fix for it for Nokia firewalls - available for those with maintenance contract, unfortunately.

I verified that when logged in I show the exact address you have. Must be something local. Would not think it was a firewall issue but....
 
Behind Check Point Firewall-1 4.1 here. I had a problem changing my password initially so I did it at home over a broadband link. I now seem to be able to use the PeopleSoft site OK behind Firewall-1. However, I expect something may fail to work at some stage...
