Stefano,

You can do several ways. Probably the most logical is
F5 off the Address
Book main page to "Who's Who" or put a special code in
the CIF Index that
you could later report on, and have the email address
going in there.

Stefano and Jim,

Actually if you are only interested in internal e-mail
JDE already can do
this (A7.3c10), check out the G02 menu Electronic Mail
and PPAT. If mean to
go to the internet it will probably have to be a home-
grown interface
because generally you will need more than 1 e-mail
address for any one entry
in the Address Book.

Hi,

In the address book, we inquire on the vendor, press F5
for the Who's who list,
and on that screen, we use one of the lines to enter
the e-mail addresses.

This is Chuck Carey with Enterprise Resolutions. What program are you going
to use to e-mail? It is my understanding that there is no place in the JDE
address book to include this, however, if you are using a product like
Quadrant Fast Fax that provides an address book for e-mails. Using our eRP
Output Wizard software we could then sort and separate on those addresses
and print, fax or e-mail them for you to include the electronic form.
