Hiya! A quick poll, who is using 21CFR 11 (auditing) and what service
pack/platform are you on? I suspect that the auditing functionality was
broken at some point with one of the one-offs. I am trying to use
SP22_S1 and the triggers are not being built properly (columns out of
order, wrong variable assignments, etc).=20
I have opened a call with Peoplesoft, but have yet to receive a
response. If I know that other users have the same experience, or their
auditing broke with a newer one-off, can convey that to Peoplesoft..

Thanks,
John

John,

did you apply the latest 21CFR11 ESU JD20657?

Just a thought,

Yes, I installed JD20657, as well as JD20610 and JD21150 (for security and
the 21cfr). I spoke with Peoplesoft, and it appears to be working now. There
is an issue of the data dictionary item 'B4ORAFTER' not having the proper
characteristics, and this causes data mismatches..
I have experienced some other issues now though, once it gets working 100%
I will list the steps that were taken to resolve it.

Xe, Update6 SP19.1_B1
SQL2k SP2, WIN2k SP4
Metaframe XPa SP2

I don't know if this posted to the right area of the list so:

I got the auditing to work properly (SP22_s1). The issue was that there are two data dictionary values shipped with the ESUs that are not correct. The data dictionary items and their correct values are:

Audittype - Char(1)
B4orAfter - Char (1)

The incorrect DD definitions was causing business functions to fail, etc. Once I got the values corrected, my prior issues were resolved.
