Planner/Table Conversion ESU\'s for B9

We are in the process of planning/ugrading to B9. I know you have to apply the Service pack and Planner ESU before upgrading Pristine. My question is do you apply the table conversion before updgrading pristine, after or both? The documentation does not make this real clear and I figured you guys would have the answer quicker than global support.

Thanks for the info...also, if there's any other gotchas relating to this upgrade, I'd love to hear 'em.

the manual sates the order clearly - service pack (one off), planner ESU,
table conversion ESU and security ESU (PF1003). We did not apply the
security ESU as it did not list what the SAR / ESU was for EO89 but
subsequently could not log in to EO89 !
