Source of Help About

Logged into OneWorld when you do a "Help About" to view your service pack level does anyone know where this information is gleaned from?.

I aks 'cos we're having a "funny" where the system directory on deployment server has PFT.Log with SP15 but help about is showing SP22. We have B7333 and B7334 installed and using snapshot to toggle between each when required.

Not positive, but I think OWVER.DLL is somehow involved now.

We found help about very unreliable. We use the package.inf file in B7 or B9 subdirectory to determine which packages have been installed, the date of the package build, and the service pack of the user.
