F986110 Locking

Hi all,

I have a problem that I can't figure out the root cause of,

We have locks being placed on the F986110 by JDE that are not getting released, this causes/ or is caused by the queues freezing up and all jobs remaining at a wait state. The JAVA.exe processes spike to 100% on both our web servers when this happens as well.

Anyone seen this?
