We are just starting our implementation. It was the decision of our I.S.
Management that our users would only be using the Web client. With no
exposure to the Citrix client or fat client, they won't know what they are
missing and won't complain.

It has been my experience that heavy users (users who spend most of their
time logged into JDE) generally prefer the citrix interface over the web
client. If you want to add web for your light users who are doing data
inquiry or running reports, I'd say go ahead, but I would not expect it to
completely replace the need for a citrix server. I don't think the web has
developed to a point where it is a viable replacement for terminal server
remote access.
