E-Mail of Remittance Forms

At present all remittance forms from EFT payments have to be printed off and then faxed to the supplier.

Has anyone out there setup JDE to e-mail suppliers their EFT remittance forms?

Our bank does all that for us. In addition we use Create!form (now Bottomline Technologies) products to email purchase orders etc.

So your saying that the bank will send a remittance form notifying your supplier that you have deposited $X amount of dollars into their bank account?

I see your in Aus as well which bank are you with?

Yes I'm in Australia. Wollongong NSW to be precise. We have a setup with the NAB (I know - it's had a bit of bad publicity lately). It's a service they provide and we pay for.

We use CreateForm to e-mail our invoices and statements.

I can't believe that its 2004 and our system cannot email purchase orders without help from a third party product.
