Is RUNUBE Broken @ XE-SP22 (YES/NO Please) ?

At SP22 (with any subsequent updates (eg SP22_P1, etc.), is RUNUBE broken from an AS/400 green-screen command line?

Previous posts stated that it did not work (and I believe that those posts were incorrect).
