Mouse Cursor Jumping under CITRIX

To All,
We use CITRIX for our remote division through Internet VPN but the mouse cursor just kept jumping during the JDE data entry session. We don't have this problem if the CITRIX users located locally. What is your experience on this issue? Do we need to configure differently for CITRIX client?
