Unicode Data Conversion

Hi,

We upgraded recently from ERP 8 to Enterprise 1 8.9 but did not convert our Business Data to Unicode at that time. We now need to run this conversion process.

Anybody out there got any experience of running through this process? Any issues/problems pre/performing/post this conversion?

Sanjeev,
Take a backup of your Business Data and Control Tables. Map the 2 ocm's locally as mentioned in the Unicode guide. Login to the environment where you want to run the conversion for.
Validate the script generated under the Scripts folder. The UBE generated should not have any fatal errors.
End OW services, under system/bin32 run the unicode .exe
