Subject: Out of balance between AR (F0311) and GL AR
Trade account (F0911)

We have been carrying an out of balance condition
between the F0311 and the
AR trade account in the GL for months. The amount out
has remained unchanged
for the past four months. We would like to resolve the
difference and have
been unable to do so.

I am looking for a method to isolate the differences
between the two files.
I am new on the scene but not new to the JDE system; no
one is able to help
with what might have changed four months ago. The
integrity reports don't
shed any light on the problem either. I suspect a
correction to some AAIs.

I would appreciate any input you may have.

If the F0311 is populated through P42800 , then there
is a processing option of consolidate this amount in
F0311 and F0911.

Another quick and dirty way is to correct the correct
the F0911 entries with F0311 amount. This amount can be
derived using identical batchno,docno,and doctype.Only
the miscelleneous amount is to be selected.A Small
World writer can do this. Make sure to check with the
F0011 file too as the batch amount resides in that
file too.
