Xe to 8.9 net change?

Hey, all I can find on KG regarding net change from Xe to 8.9 are the technical documents (which were useful, mind you) - TechNetChange_DatabaseServices.pdf and the like.

I also need to look at the net change for the end users before I can convince anyone to move. Has anyone seen a document that talks about what changes happened in Payroll, Finanace, Manufacturing, etc as we move from Xe to 8.9?

I found the database changes document (VERY LARGE), which contains some interesting nuggets e.g. F0101 (address book) has changed plus just about every major file in the system - gulp !

The only documents I have found todate are the ones shouting about the new functionallity (dual UoM and so on).

Given the statement from the Helpdesk my client had - that there IS NO Demo for 8.9 !!! - the lack of net change is difficul t to understand.

If you find any, can you let us all know where its found?

Could you point us to where the database change document is on KG? Also, I
have heard that business partners have access to 8.9 Demo Jr., but not
customers. Wonder if we pressed the issue with our AE's we (customers)
could get it too.
