We have a user who receives emails with JDE attachments, but can't open them. He gets an error (unfortunately in Spanish) which translates like this:
"This link cannot be resolved. This file cannot be a shortcut"
Sorry, I've never seen this in English, so the English wording is most likely different.
Oddly enough, If we resend the email with the attachment to another JDE user, the new guy can open the attachement just fine.
I suspect this is a permissions problem in Outlook (this client is particularly enthusiastic about security). Has anyone else seen a problem like this? Thanks in advance.
