ERP 9 & Oracle 9.2.0.4

Hi List,

I have recently completed istallation of ERP 9 with Oracle 9.2.0.4 on WIn 2K server.

Can you help me with the concept of "NLS_ CHARACTERSET and NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET".
Do the values need to same? if not what should it be?
