Attachments not displaying

We are testing Citrix XP with Windows 2003. When we go to use attachments we can not view or add attachments. We are not getting any errors just a red 'x' displayed in the attachment window. Is there any componants that need to be installed or settings changed that anyone may know. We currently use Windows 2000 and Citrix Metaframe 1.8 and all works well.

Attachments are usually stored on your deployment server. Run P98MOQUE and make sure OLEQUE is pointing to:
\\Servername\B7333\MEDIAOBJ\OLEQUE and that the type is 02. Plus the the user must have read/write permissions for this folder.
