Anybody running XE?

Hi,

We've just updated our development environment from CUM1 to XE. We'll be doing
some retrofits and then upgrading CRP to XE and eventually prod. Anybody else
running XE? Any lessons learned? Our upgrade took a lot longer than planned
but that is all we know so far.

Any information is appreciated.

Thanks,
Beth

Beth,
I regret I can't help you but it seems that you can help me.
What did you mean by "... took a lot longer than planned"? Could you
elaborate, please?
Thanks,
Adrian

Atlas Commerce is live with Xe for financials. I'm currently implementing
Service Billing there. We're also going live with an Extensity interface
along with the Service Billing implementation. As far as I can tell from a
functional perspective, everything works well. There are just two SAR's in
the Service Billing system that affect me. One nice thing in the Report
Design Aid is the availability of Previous Business View columns, which
really helps if you're subtotaling or printing detail in a Level Break
Footer, like I am in my invoices. The OMW takes a little getting used to,
but seems like it makes good sense now that I've worked with it a little.

Fun stuff.

Regards,

Ian
