R09470 G/l by cat code

hi all.

i run the R09470 in DV Fat client using local specs for a data selection. i get 4 pages.

i need to copy this report and make some mods. so i copy the R and T object and rename.
however b4 making any ER changes i run the R5509470 and it produces 52 pages for the same d/selection and P/options
how can this be??? it seems to find the correct 4 pages first then i get "additional" records that should not be there...
i have established:
1. It can’t be version level d/selection as copying the XDAM version to a new one for the UBE R09470 gives us the 4 pages also

2. There is nothing in the R09470 ER coded by UBE number or version name. (searched for R09470 / XDAM)

3. It has not lost any of the BC references in the R5509470 code

4. Running in same environment.

is there anyhting that could be causing this? i would expect similar behaviour when ran in the same environment......

it was an XDAM0001 version level overide of the level break.
