Inbound Flat File problem

Hello!
I've got a problem with loading data from EDI flat file to OW Z-table. I've accomplished all points of KG document "Inbound Flat File Conversion" but the result still is the error "Open of File Unsuccessful". It is like SAR5606052 except the "file extension" part.

Did anybody resolve this problem?

P.S. I run UBE localy on Win2k Fat Client.

Hi,
1. Verify that the file name has got extension .txt

2. GOTO program settings of windows and go to view , folder options and deselect hide extension for Known file types option and restart.(ODS-01-0117)

It had been done. As I'd written I'd accomplished all points of the document where config. was described.
It must works but it doesn't.
