Technology Foundation

With PeopleSoft's new pricing, etc. what is up with having to purchase
Technology Foundation; which by the way is everything we already have with
the exception of Websphere? Has anybody had discussions on this?

I have heard it from other people also. I think this is because starting ERP8.9, Websphere is manditory for security. You need Technogoly Foundation.
