Gary,

When you attach a file to any OneWorld data, JDE will create a .stg file in
the directory you define as your OLEQUE (see P98MOQUE). You can specify where
on your network that you want these files to reside. As of B7332, you can
only specify one OLEQUE.

What these files contain will depend on whether you Create New, Link or Embed
the attachment. The following is educated speculation based on what I've
observed: If Create New, the .stg will contain your entire attachment. If
Link, the .stg will contain only a reference to the existing attachment
stored elsewhere. If Embed, the .stg will contain an entire copy of the
attachment while the existing attachment remains where it was.

We are attempting to use attached files in JDE for invoices etc. In the
planning stage, I am trying to find out where this attached file will reside
and can JDE pick where the file is stored.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
