Hi list,

We have a problem openning a CSV file, it is open by NOTEPAD.EXE instead Microsoft Excel. We tried to change user profile without comma and the Regional Settings on the Citrix server and not work.

Could someono help us...???

Thanks

Most likely, it is a problem with your PC and not OW.

In windows explorer (not OWE and not Iexlorer) - go to the printqueue folder. Select the .CSV file, right click and select the properties - then where it says 'Opens With' select the 'Change' button (note, it probably states that the .csv opens with notepad??). A list of programs will appear - selecting Excel will recreate the association between .csv(s) and Excel.

The other option is to reinstall Excel (which will, by default, recreate the association).

If you are on the web client, the csv is sent with a MIME type of "application/csv" if you go into the registry in the MIME database
(HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/MIME/Database/Content Type) and add a content type of "application/csv" with the key
'Extension' and a value of '.csv', you will be able to view the CSV files properly from the HTML client.

I've attached a registry file you should be able to click on that will do this.
