Setting a Sales Order Subledger as Inactive

We are posting our sales by subledger #, via the processing option behind R42800. The subledger corresponds to the Sales Order #. Is there any way to set the Sales Order # as "inactive" to prevent future transactions, e.g via the G/L, from being posted to it?
