1)Rename jdeclnt files on the Deployment server:
The jdeclnt files to be renamed are located in the following directory:

/jdedwardsoneworld/B73xx/client (where xx is the current release number
of OneWorld)

Rename the jdeclnt.xdc and jdeclnt.ddc files to jdeclnt.xdcold and
jdeclnt.ddcold.

To rename the files:

1. Start Windows Explorer

2. Go to the /jdedwardsoneworld/B73x/client directory.

3. Highlight jdeclnt.xdc, right click the mouse and select rename.

Type jdeclnt.xdcold

4. Highlight jdeclnt.ddc, right click the mouse and select rename.

Type jdeclnt.ddcold

2)Reset the server licenses
Log into the Deployment server in the planner environment. Fast Path to the
GH9052 menu. Double click on the Reset Software Protection Codes application
(P98SRV).

On the Reset JD Edwards Security screen, click on the Reset Server Security
button.

Leave the JD Edwards Security Setup screen up while you call Global Support
Services at 1-800-289-2999.

Be prepared to provide your name, your telephone #, your client #, and the
Serial number on the screen.

Enter the code given by Authorization Specialist click OK. Your server is now
relicensed.

3)Reset the client licenses

On each client machine, go the GH9052 menu. Double click on the Reset
Software Protection Codes application (P98SRV).

On the Reset JD Edwards Security screen, click on the Reset Client Security
button.

On the JD Edwards Security Setup screen, Click Get Auth on the Form menu.
