Invoice Post and Vertex

We are using Vertex and when we post Invoices it is not writing to the Vertex registry files.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this could be happening.

We had a similar issue and it was due to security. VertexUser had not the security to write to the files. Vertex (as in admin) was able to. We swithed the logins and it was up and running.
