Call Center Usage

We are a OneWorld XE user in process of upgrading to EnterpriseOne 8.1.

As a parallel process we are planning to add the Call Ceneer functionality to our current CSMS used Installed Base and Service Order modules.

We are looking for other users of Call Center in either Xe or EnterpriseOne to compare our project against.
