Printer went missing

Users that are on thin client started to complain that they could not print. I started to research the problem and found that only users that were on Citrix01 only were affected. For some reason a printer called HPCREDIT printer was missing from Citrix01 server but after adding this printer and logging back on to JDE on the client computer the printer is still not available. In VIEW>USER OPTIONS>DEFUALT PRINTER I click on FIND this printer is not there. When I click on ADD the HPCREDIT printer is not available. How would I add a printer so that it will show up when I click on ADD? Has any one ever seen this before? PS I performed a package build the night before this problem started.
