Need to back oiff the latest full package that I just built. Is the best way to re-deploy my previous parent?? I always recompess after every update, so the full should contain everything---right?

Thanks

Yes that is the best way to do it

Hi,

Yes, if you recompressed the full, you will be okay.

I have done this many times in the past.

Thanks. I was pretty sure it would work. I was just looking for a second opinion.

Re: RE: HELP!! Back off latest Full Package Buile

Just an update-It "almost" worked. Once I redeplyed the previous package all of our constants (heading on reports and such) disappeared. After working with JDE for most of the night, I ended up deploying my most current full package and had the developer "back out" his changes. Nobody seems to know what this occurred. JDE guesses that the SPEC file on the enterprise server somehow got "hosed". When I created an update (containing one object) against the "old" package, that one object was fine, but the rest were still messed up. WHAT A NIGHT!!
