Routing .pdfs from OneWorld

My current client is wondering if there is any way to have .pdf files
delivered to e-mail natively to OneWorld. My contention is that Work
Center Messages can be routed via e-mail but other documents (including
.pdfs) would have to utilize third party software to route through e-mail.

I welcome any 'promotion' for any third party software that provides this
capability too.

Is your client using any 3rd party forms development software? Something like Formscape is capable of recieving PDFs and sending them through email. There's a little overhead, but it's an idea.

Optio, Formscape, and other third party s/w all add this capability to OW. OW cannot natively accomplish this without some programming on someone's part.
