Workflow - cannot complete

Hi,

I am customising the default workflow for work order. I started with 'WOACTRULES' and added some sub-processes within the process tree. Now, I have a problem that although all child processes are completed, the master parent process is still 'Active'. Why is it not change to 'Completed' with the completion of all its child processes?
