disappearing menu after install

Today I deployed a full DV package to a client. she took the package, it
installed, but when it came up, it was a blank main menu screen. She
defaults to the G menu, but there was nothing there except the line that
separates the folders. so I deleted it and did it as a workstation install
and got the exact same results. When I tried to go to a menu using fast
path or OMW, etc., I did get the following message: Call to
JDB_SelectKeyed Failed. Any ideas on what causes this? I can log into PY
on her machine.
I have installed this package on other clients this week.

Take a look in the JDE.LOG file on that workstation. It usally give a pretty clear error about what type of problem is causing this type of problem.

It sounds like the Control Tables ODBC setting for DV (usually Control Tables - Test) is not correct.

If this is the case, you will see error messages in the jde.log where certain tables could not be found.

Thank you! actually, from a previous post suggestions, I deleted all of
the ODBC's for DV and reinstalled and it is now fine! Thanks for your
help!
