We are an international company with three separate locations, US, Chile, Argentina. We have separate installations at each location, mainly due to localization issues and telecommunication issues. The locations are very remote (in the middle of nowhere 3 hours from the nearest town), sometimes running through microwave systems with only up to 256K. Our remote sites in Chile and Argentina are where the meat of our operation is, therefore downtime would significantly hamper our revenue.
What we need to do is to create replication between databases for tables such as F0902, adds,changes and deletes for address book (employees only), account numbers, etc., possibly replicating some detail in the future so that all information would be in the database at our corporate office in the US.
Is anyone in this situation with automated replication working? Does anyone have any thoughts, options, ideas, etc.? We are not looking at any JDE replication, only replication through SQL.
