MSSQL7 to SQL2000 using Import Wizard

I'm running MSSQL7 on my current deployment server and am moving everything to a MSSQL2000 server. After installing OneWorld and building central objects, can I drop the tables and use Import Wizard to download the tables from the old server?

Has anyone else done this? Are there any caveats?
