print problems

Hi. I have written several reports for ERP 8 with no problems until now. My latest report insists on printing out as landscape. The settings in the RDA print setup is for A4 portrait, as is the setup in the ADOBE PDF Reader. However visually in the PDF document browser it looks like it is landscape orientated and prints as landscape. Changing it in the PDF Reader makes no difference. Changing the settings in the RDA makes no difference either (although it visually looks like a portrait document). The datafields do not extend beyond the boundries of a portrait document.

Is this a common problem? What is the usual resolution? Many thanks for any directions or assistance!

I'm not on ERP 8, but in previous versions, you had to make page setup changes in both the UBE and in the version. Check out the version for this report and make the page settings changes there as well. HTH
