How to avoid building unused modules in a package?

(OneWorld Xe XU7, SP22, E/S RS6000/AIX, Oracle 8.1.7)

Our client never uses the Manufacturing or Human Relations modules. Is there a way to exclude all references to them from a full package build to speed things up and make things smaller? Thanks. -tim
