Hi,
We are upgrading our As/400 to a new 870-8 processors-16 GB memory, 4 partitions. We do not have JD edwards at this moment but are in the process of evaluating oneworld with PDP module as the start. The issue confusing us is that we are told that oneworld on AS/400 is a 32 bit technology and it causes performance problems with 2 Gig limitation for a model. It would be better to put it on Unix, which has 64 bit version of the oneworld. We are upgrading the AS/400 as we have our normal business running and want to protect the investment.
Could someone enlighten us?
Thanks
