I'm trying to install JAS SP22 on an RS/6000 web server. We've just
installed WS4.0, and it seems to be working...
the default application server will start and show the test page. However,
when I run the installer, not all the
files get copied to the web server, and nothing gets created in WebSphere.
This sounds very similar to
a problem someone else posted here about, but that was on a Win2K server and
was solved by logging in
as the right user. I don't think that could be the problem, since I'm
installing this as root... can anyone
suggest what I might look at?
