Thanks Jean. We are not AS/400 based. Well, I looked up KG but was not able
to find documents on Purge and Archive Process. I am looing not for World
but OneWorld.
Any advise.

If you are co-existent, the World financial purges all have archive options.
It's a cumbersome process for financials, summarizing then purging.
