SP22 Web Server

We are on ERP 8.0 Update 1 SP 22 C1 (AS400, Windows 2000 Web Server). We are
configuring web server and installation from downloaded SP22J_IntelNT file.
Websphere 4.0 AE and IBM HTTP server are installed correclty and we can run
sample servlet. ERP web installation finishes successfully. However, it does
not update WebSphere configuration (no virtual host, application server etc.
are created). Have tried it several times now. Any help is appreacited.

When you install JASSP22 did you have WAS started? IBM HTTP should be stopped when you are installing. Also were you signed onto the Win2K box as wasadmin or the WAS administrator?

I just installed JAS SP22 on a similar system and had to bang my head against a wall about 3 times before I figured out I wasn't signed on as the WAS admin.

I have Websphere 3.5 and SP21_O1. I am unable to connect to the HTML client. The IBM HTTP error log indicates that the system is trying to find the OWHTML in the IBM HTTP directory structure instead of the JDEdwards\JAS directory structure so I get page not found. My application server is started in the Admin console. I am not sure if my SE_JDEdwards_1 is started. Any thoughts?
