OneWorld Profile on AS/400

In order to run JDE does the Oneworld profile need public *use or is that just during service pack installs?

I think even for PORTTEST to run, according to the PORTTEST document, OTI-99-0037, *PUBLIC has to have *USE authority. This means that for OneWorld services to run this is the case.
