SQL Database For A Large Scale Company?

Is there anyone out there using One World with SQL? I am interested in larger company using this configuration around 200 to 300 users. Any pro's or con's or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I know of several companies where OneWorld is operating on SQL Server with more than 200 concurrent users - I have some customers with as many as 400 concurrent users on MS SQL Server.
