I think our problems are related to the old site going off-line. (https://kgapps2.jdedwards.com/) used to refer back to the old site, but that is now down as well.

Maybe someone decided to completely shut off the old knowledge garden in a "big bang" implementation.

Pity everything on the new KG seems to point to KG2 !

Got an email from JDE: 'Experiencing technical difficulties'
What I don't understand is how they would let this happen - was there any q/a testing? This is a critical resource for end users.

I wish I could say that the JDEtips Document Library has never gone down.
But everyone, ourselves included, has some technical difficulties when major
changes are rolled out. I'm sure JDE is working hard to get the problem
fixed. Let's give them another 24 hours before we bore everyone with
another day's worth of postings on this subject.

I tried again this morning and they are still down. Yesterday, I had to open a call and have JDE e-mail a ESU to me.....What a bad foot to start out on. Maybe we should open a call to PeopleSoft.

All the information what I am interested in is currently on the old (kgapps2) site and still unavailable for me.
:-(((

I can not understand why can not solve JDE this problem so long.

These informations are day to day sources for JDE Users.

Its back up. I am able to once again download from kg2 again. Wonder if JDE will ever explain almost 48 hours of downtime ? Maybe they wanted everyone to convert to PSFT quickly ?

I can see breaking news and tech flash, but the knowledge browser is blank. I can't log an issue through KG because the database is down.
