business view efficceny

hi all,
i have a problem with the Customer Ledger Enquiry - on clicking the Activity Log on the row exit it takes approx 1min to load the screen.
we have to go sort this out. i am guessing that the business view V03B31A is taking time as it's joining the F03B31 to the F0101. how could i improve the "speed" of a business view?
has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hi woodsc,

Check first that is the Page-at-a-Time-Processing turned OFF or ON on that Form.
If it is OFF then turn ON and try again. Maybe will help.
