SPC Application Code for Xe Standalone fails

Oops

Hi List,

I've got a silly and urgent question.
We installed Xe Standalone to C:\B7 for our Customer (Win2000 Professional) logged on as Administrator user in Windows.
Now that we try to run SetupOneWorldXe SPC application and it ends with message box "The demo jr. fix program has failed".
Note:
1. Windows User is administrator
2. jdeinst.log has 1 warning:
"CInstaller::ConfigureProfileSettings(): WNetGetConnection Failed while attempting to detect the UNC path. The error returned was ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED . The LaunchPath Registry key may be invalid."
3. No read only folders on C:\ discovered
4. OW is not run and oexplore.exe process is not in the Processes list in Windows Task Manager
5. We installed the same Xe Standalone and the same SPC application onto different workstation and it works fine.
Could you, please, advise - what should we do to troubleshoot it up and finally make it work?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Best Regards,

Did you try to just run the stand alone and see if you can get the LIC error to come up. You can then Call JDE and get a code for that, since this was said to be urgent. If you cannot even get it to run, you have different problems.
