OMW operations slow to a crawl

Recently had to move the deployment server/central objects db physically to another server identically named as the old. Package builds (updates at least) work fine. SInce the restore however OMW operations like checkout and get are extremely slow (15-20 mins for an address book UBE). Any ideas where to start on this one?

Dep Svr Configuration:
Dual Cpu (P3 Xeon 700's) Win 2K SP3 server 2Gb RAM
JDE Oneworld XE SP20
Oracle 8.1.7 holding Central Objects
Client Access Express V5R1M0 w/latest PTF's
AS/.400 Enterprise Server V5R1

Are you "checking out" to an XP workstation? If so, it might be system restore biting you.

You didn't move it to a different spot over a WAN or anything? Also double check our DNS and Host table entries to make sure your not getting conflicting IP's in there...
