Kernel /Jobqueues

Hi List,

Does anybody know about the setup guide line of the Job queues in Unix environment so that it doesn't interpt the perormance of the Oneworld.

Our configuration is HP UX 10
No of CPU : 4
RAM : 6GB

One more thing can anbody in the form can give the Setup for the Kernel parameter for the above configuration ?

We are running HPUX 11i with Oracle. Can you clarify your question - not sure what you mean by "so that it doesn't interupt performance of Oneworld"

Which Kernal are you refering to? This one?

That is for our 32 proc HP RP8400 - on a 4 cpu box I would think 2 processes would be more than enough to handle the load.
