Spec merge error when loading ESU

I'm having an issue on a new install of Xe. After installing Xe and
applying SP21 I can't seem to load any ESU's. When loading the latest
planner ESU I receive an error on the spec merge report R98700 - 'Invalid
Data Source Name' on the Target Environment for Central Objects, Object
Librarian, Versions List, and Data Dictionary data sources. I'm also
receiving the following error in the jde log - '[IBM][Client Access Express
ODBC Driver (32-bit)] Error in assignment - SQLSTATE: 22005'. Shoud I
reinstall client access? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!! Mike Xe, SP 21,

Did you create all of your data sources while sitting at the deployment server? You might want to verify and recreate your data sources.
