Blue Versions in BV

Another developer created a UBE and VERSION, according to OMW they are checked in.
When we go to the menu (or BV), and prompt for versions, the version does not show.
When we click on ALL VERSIONS it shows, but in blue.

We had _thought_ the blue signified "checked out" but we seem to be mistaken.

What does the blue signify?

TIA

I always thought the blue signified something such as a token queued up or something else....so I got inquisitive and had a look

If VAfrm_mode is equal to "1" AND BC Version Availibility (F983051) is equal to "N" AND BC User ID (F983051) is not equal to VA frm_CurrentUserID
Set Grid Font(FC Grid, <Currently Selected Row>, <All Columns>, <Regular 10 Blue>)

So I guess it highlights it in blue when the version is not available to you !

Jon,

Thanks, we _thought_ it meant that it was checked out someplace. It wasn't.
We dropped the token, and checked it out to the machine we were working at, but it is still blue.

We can run it, but our collective curiosity has been piqued.

What makes it "unavailable"?
