JAS generror.log messages

When I do a full gen I am getting whole lot of messages (2+M). The messages are a combination of 'Retrieving PO template in Application Rxxxxx failed', 'Report Rxxxxx_+' fetching selecting objects failed', and "Could not generate Rxxxxx_+DSEL'. Are others getting these errors, and are there any suggested ways to remove them. I am generating core objects first, I have even tried generating Tables, Views, NER, & DD before the Reports.

From what I was told by JDE on this issue is to ignore them. They siad the only error messages you should pay attention to on JAS generation are messages that are on the command scteen (DOS window). if there are errors on that sdreen then you chould be concerned but the errors in the log files are not accurate.
